THE METHOD
Listen. Pause. Say it.
Three beats, repeated for twenty-five minutes. The pause is not dead air — the pause is the exercise.
Listen
The phrase is spoken once, at a natural speed, by a native voice. Not slowed down, not spelled out.
Pause
The audio stops and waits for you. You have to pull the phrase back out of memory and say it out loud — which is the part reading never trains.
Confirm
The correct version plays. You hear straight away whether what came out of your mouth matched it.

Pronunciation is built right the first time

Recognising a word is knowledge. Saying it before the pause ends is a skill. Every silence makes you produce.

A phrase from minute three returns in minute nine, then in minute twenty, then in the next lesson — at widening intervals, just before forgetting would set in.
